Crown Place, Nottingham Student Living

Crown Place, Nottingham - our brand new 426 bed purpose-built building opened its doors to students in September 2023. This is operated on our behalf by CRM Students Ltd.

Ambry House, Bath

We purchased this attractive building in central Bath in early 2023, and converted it into a 65 bed student accommodation site. This is now open and fully let.

Castlemead House Coronation Road, Bristol

Purchased in 2023, a brand new 92 bed purpose built student block is on its way, ready for occupation in September 2024.

Corn Street, Bristol

Purchased in 2023, this office building will be converted and provide accommodation to 26 students in 2024.

Frome House, Bath

Purchased in 2023, this will open in September 2024, providing 66 purpose built students beds.

House of Fraser, Bournemouth

Purchased in 2019, we are in the process of converting this building into a mixed use scheme.

This is due to open in September 2024 and will accommodate 129 students.

Munden Street

Purchased in early 2023, we converted 6 terraced houses to provide 42 student beds, ready for occupation in September 2023.

The building is now open and fully let.

Paintworks, Bristol

Three brand new purpose built buildings, providing accommodation to 155 students in a prime location. This was a phased build, which started in 2019 with one block providing 30+ residential apartments and the other two purely for students.

The residential apartment are all sold and the student accommodation is now fully occupied.

South Western House, Bournemouth

Purchased in 2019, we are in the process of converting this building into a mixed use scheme.

This project will house 195 students and is due to open in 2025.

Unity Street, Bristol

Purchased in 2023, this is due to open to students in September 2024.

Well Road, Bath

Another recent investment purchase, providing accommodation to 25 students.

This project is now open and fully let.

Whiteladies

Purchased in 2023. Following a refurbishment, this building now provides accommodation for 29 students.

This project is now open and fully let.

William Canynge House, Redcliff Street, Bristol

Purchased in early 2023, this attractive building was converted over the Summer to provide 56 student beds, now let to The University of Bristol on a multi year lease.
